First Female Racer World Champion in WSSP300 Event


World Supersport was surprised by the best performance from the female racer who came from Spain, Ana Carrasco. She managed to make history as the first woman to win the World Supersport 300 title.

The Spanish female racer came out as world champion after successfully leading the standings with 93 points, which was one point ahead of Mika Perez.

This 21-year-old Spaniard during the last race which took place at the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, France, Ana Carrasco only managed to occupy the 13th position. However, overall points managed to register himself as world champion in the WSSP300.

The results obtained by Ana Carrasco as world champion were obtained with dramatic results. The reason is, he started racing from 25th position, while his competitors Scoot Deroue and Mika Perez took turns leading the race.


The results of the French WSSP300 racing, Ana Carrasco can only be in the 13th position which initially was not safe to become world champion. However, Scoot Deroue experienced technical problems, while Mika Perez failed to win after being followed by Dani Valle who only finished second, this is what made Ana Carrasco confirmed to be the WSSP300 champion.
